These terms cover the website. They do not govern the sale and purchase of goods. Any actual supply of commodities is governed by the written quotation, purchase order and invoice agreed between us for that specific transaction.

Nothing on this website is an offer

The commodity descriptions, grades, packing formats, delivery indications and any figures shown on this website are indicative and for general information. They are an invitation for you to make an enquiry. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they do not create a binding contract.

A binding commitment arises only when we issue you a written quotation and you accept it, or when a purchase order is confirmed by us in writing.

The volume estimator

The estimator on our homepage performs simple arithmetic. It divides the quantity you enter by a nominal 250 quintals per truck load to show an indicative number of loads. It does not check availability, it does not reserve stock, it does not calculate price, and it does not commit us to any dispatch timeline. Actual load configuration depends on the commodity, packing, route and vehicle used.

Availability, quality and grade

Agricultural commodities vary by lot, by season and by arrival. Availability, grade, moisture content and other quality parameters are confirmed against a specific lot at the time of quotation, not from this website.

Photographs and imagery

Some images used on this website are illustrative and are intended to convey the general nature of the commodity or the trade. They are not photographs of any specific lot offered for sale and should not be relied upon as a representation of the goods you will receive.

Accuracy of content
