Is your basmati sourced from your own belt?
No, and we say so plainly. Basmati is arranged through established trade channels in the northern basmati belt rather than bought at Kota. Our other lines come from the Hadoti belt around our own office.
Do you supply paddy as well as milled rice?
Paddy is handled against a buyer specification. Tell us what you need and the standard you buy against and we will confirm whether we can service it.
